Already in 2010 Intrasource has invested a five figure sum in new Service Desk software and a six figure sum in new HP servers and Citrix technology to take our hosted services up to the next level, despite already being an innovative market leader in hosted desktops.

ITIL principles guide the delivery of high quality services that are continuously improved through feedback provided by our existing customers. This feedback forms the basis for each advancement in the range and quality of Intrasource's services and is also monitored for customer satisfaction by our dedicated Customer Services Manager.

Our staff performance is amongst the best in the industry, and is maintained by staff training, and regular performance reviews. As part of our continuous service improvement all staff members are encouraged and assisted in gaining further recognised IT qualifications.
