Over the years our experienced team has worked with most of the standard industry support software.
Each package had its strengths and weaknesses, but none gave the overall versatility and reliability we were looking for - so we developed our own: Intraportal.
It has beed designed to work seamlessly with our helpdesk service: gathering data, logging incidents and giving real-time solutions to real-time problems.
Intraportal IT support software benefits:
- Provides full client user access to outstanding support incidents, with case notes/updates.
- Can be branded to the client's own corporate image (colour scheme, logo, etc.).
- Hosted by Intrahost and written by Intradev, both associated companies of Intrasource.
- Written in php, MySQL, running on Apache on a Redhat Linux server for maximum reliability. Our system has never crashed since 2003.
