John has spent over 30 years working in the service sector in senior financial and managerial roles. He is passionate about customer service and he enjoys being part of a company where customers come first.
John is proud of the commitment staff at Intrasource show and the long-term relationships they form with customers and suppliers alike. They are committed to fixing any problems their clients may have and, when necessary, the team works through the night to ensure businesses have as little downtime as possible. For John, it's all about building trust that endures. When not at work, John loves gardening and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
David is our operations director, overseeing solutions and service desk departments, maintenance and implementation of quality systems. David is responsible for making sure the operational side of the business functions smoothly on a day-to-day basis and continually works to make sure our services operate efficiently.
David worked principally as an engineering consultant prior to Intrasource, specialising in project management and the provision of technical design services.
In what spare time David has he enjoys downtime with his family, playing his PS4 and is partial to a spot of home brewing.
Matt initially worked at Intrasource several years ago before becoming Managing Director of GoCloud for five years. Matt then decided to bring his knowledge back to Intrasource to build and launch the in-house hosted services.
Having graduated with honours in computer science and information engineering Matt continually strives to further his knowledge in the ever changing IT world gaining VMWare VCP, Citrix Certified Administrator and Microsoft Certified Professional exams. Matt spends his spare time with his family and he enjoys tinkering around with cars.
Richard, a very ‘hands on’ experienced specialist has gained 14 years of experience in the IT industry. He takes control of major incidents and helps the server engineers to ensure clients are up and running at the earliest opportunity.
He will also test and install all products, ensuring they are fit for purpose. He deals with the scheduling and project management of jobs and acts as a pre-sales technical IT consultant to make sure that Intrasource can deal with any specific technical issues a client may have. Before Intrasource, Richard was a Senior ICT technician based at the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. He managed 1800 users and 26 servers across 9 sites, vastly developing his knowledge on IT infrastructures such as VMware, fibre channel and load balanced Storage Area Networks.
