Our server specialists, using either remote management or via a site visit, complete a series of defined system checks to evaluate server performance and capacity and highlight areas of concern.

We apply any updates or patches as required and as we progress through the health check we will complete non-disruptive remedial work.

When we have completed the health check we present a detailed report on the current health of the server and any work we carried out. We also make recommendations regarding any further work that may be required in our expert opinion.
