How the relationship developed?
Since we partnered with Intrasource back in 2015 the relationship has flourished.
As well as supporting end users and monitoring our systems, we have been able to work together on a number of big projects. It’s been invaluable to be able to tap into the skills, knowledge and expertise of the senior technicians at Intrasource.
Their experience in other sectors and industries brings fresh perspective to our particular set of circumstances, which helps us to problem solve and keep moving forward.
Because JSR is spread far and wide geographically, the monitoring and IT user support Intrasource provides remotely is perfect for our needs. It would be difficult for the internal team to achieve alone, and the systems needed would be disproportionately expensive. As a quality managed services provider, Intrasource have the scalable systems in place to provide the quality of service we need and expect.
